Chris Melbourne

Chris Melbourne has an extensive knowledge of real estate, pushing past the sales boundaries and encompassing other facets of the industry, such as administration, professional marketing services, structural property maintenance and sales management.
Starting with MPRE Harcourts Frankston in 2006, Chris gained invaluable experience in marketing and administration, before moving to an assistant role in sales, under top performer and current Harcourts Auctioneer of the Year, Peter Gourdouros.
Chris then started, managed and directed a professional marketing company to fantastic success, before selling it on to move into a Sales Management role at Victoria’s leading building structure inspection company.
Now at Harcourts Chelsea and a local resident and investor in the area, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and management experience from these other areas of the industry to his role as sales specialist for Chelsea Heights – more than most twice his age!

Cherie Jensen
Office Administrator
Cherie joined Harcourts in April 2008 in a dual role as Academy Support and Receptionist for Harcourts Victoria. 
Having completed a Diploma in Business Office Administration and previously working in administration and sales Cherie brings invaluable experience to her new role. 
As part of Cherie’s role she was responsible for supporting the state Academy Trainer and office administration for Harcourts Victoria.
After over 2 years in this role, Cherie has decided to make a change and has joined the Harcourts Chelsea Sales team as an Office Administrator. With her vast array of knowledge in the corporate field, Cherie is a vital member of the team.
